Artist's Description
The sun sets over the a distant ridge near Chattanooga on the Tennessee river. I stumbled upon an cool rock formation on the lake's edge at just the right time last night while paddling around in my kayak. I was out checking on the Bald Eagle's nest when I paddled by. Normally the water level is high enough to cover this, so I haven't seen it before. The sunset was a complete bonus.
